1 subject matter and scope

This standard related content according to GB 9439 andGB 1348, the provisions of the conditions of the grade and the casting technology of grey cast iron and nodular cast iron, cast iron under mentioned refer to the two types ofductile iron castings.

This standard is applicable to sand or thermal conductivityand sand mold casting quite ductile cast iron. The nodular cast iron is also used other mold casting reference use.

2 cast iron grade

2.1 according to the provisions of GB 5612, gray cast irongrades according to Phi 30 separately cast test tensile strength of rod, which can be divided into HT100, HT150,HT200, HT250, HT300 and HT350 six brands.

2.2 according to the provisions of GB 5612, nodular cast iron grades are divided into single cast and attached testblock two categories.

2.2.1 single cast test mechanical properties of block is divided into QT400-18, QT400-15, QT450-10, QT500-7,QT600-3, QT700-2, QT800-2, QT900-2 eight grades.

3 technical requirements
